This was a favorite from the last batch (on its way to @the_forge_dubai if anyone is interested). This was a new design and the idea was a knife that functioned similarly to a deba but retained a Western blade profile and handle. We wanted it to be a hard use knife that could handle small bones, joints and a wide amount of butchering. As such, the grind on this is thicker than normal (cleaver style) but the M4 steel at a 66 HRC should hold a fantastic edge. It would be an amazing BBQ knife or perfect for someone who just generally beats the hell out of their knives. (guilty.) #noraknives #knowthyknife
