7.5 Inch kiritsuke profile with AEB-L stainless steel. Handle is a combination of white, gray and black G10 separated by stripes of stabilized koa wood. We also added copper and black G10 liners on this one.
Feels nice and hefty in hand which is what we personally like but then we also don’t have to work a shift on the line for 8 hours at a time. Hopefully it will be the right fit for someone.
