Apologies for the lack of posts lately. Lots of life happening right now. We’ve been quietly working though. We are finishing a large batch of pre-ordered Christmas knives and also finishing a few other randoms for very (very) patient customers.
Here is one that shipped out today: 8.5 inch x 3 inch CPM M4 custom hybrid deba profile with a deep blue sea shokwood handle from @beyondwoodproducts. This should nicely finish out a set of 5 for this chef. Happy 35th, Ed.
