One completely underrated use of the Nakiri that we found is slicing bread- particularly smaller loaves and baguettes. Traditional, no, but incredibly effective. The lack of serrations makes for finer cuts without the crumbs flying everywhere when slicing. #noraknives #nakiri #cheflife #truecooks
