Meet #912: This is ‘Sweet Jane.’ We were channeling the Cowboy Junkies/Natural Born Killers kinda Jane on this one. Jane is sweet but edgy and slightly bizarre. As such you can find her on the back side of the blade staring down intently at the food you so lovingly break down and slice open. This is a smaller 5.5 inch nakiri made with CPM M4. Meet Michelle: a 6.5 inch CPM M4 carbon steel chef knife. We formally named her “Michelle, ma belle” cause the words go together well. Michelle is French, awful pretty and quite the helper. Stabilized crotch walnut handle as a base and a beautifully patterned resin up top courtesy of Tom @beyondwoodproducts.
