Three new knives posted and available as of this afternoon on noraknives.com. These are all AEB-L stainless steel and they are a step back from the elaborate engravings you have seen as of late. Scroll to the right for multiple pics.

For those of you that like the engraving, don’t despair as Dani has become slightly obsessed with coming up with three more knives in the women series: Faleena, Patsy and Jolene. Stay tuned. #noraknives #knowthyknife #chefsroll #truecooks #kiritsuke #nakiri #cheflife #chefknife #chefstagram

Meet #912: This is ‘Sweet Jane.’ We were channeling the Cowboy Junkies/Natural Born Killers kinda Jane on this one. Jane is sweet but edgy and slightly bizarre. As such you can find her on the back side of the blade staring down intently at the food you so lovingly break down and slice open. This is a smaller 5.5 inch nakiri made with CPM M4. We have classified this one an 'oddity’ due to the smaller profile on her. Oddity=reduced price so check her out and grab this knife at a great buy. #noraknives #knowthyknife #nakiri #sweetjane #chefsroll #truecooks #cpmm4 #cheflife

Meet Michelle: a 6.5 inch CPM M4 carbon steel chef knife. We formally named her “Michelle, ma belle” cause the words go together well. Michelle is French, awful pretty and quite the helper. Stabilized crotch walnut handle as a base and a beautifully patterned resin up top courtesy of Tom @beyondwoodproducts. The resin is a creamy white color that has two tones to it with a subtle triangle pattern to it. We think you and her would be tres bien ensemble! Grab her now on our website.
