This is a revamped version of our original ‘NORA’ knife which was a Santoku style design. We tweaked our original design a bit to make it longer, at 8 inches, and we also changed the handle style to accomodate a full grip or larger hand. This is the result and we think the two work well together. This one (#943) is up on our website and available now.
