We have 9 new knives up on the site including this CPM M4 7.5 inch ‘line slayer’. This knife was a one off design for us that is a cross between a chef and a honesuki and should work well for everyday prep as well as boning. This is at a 64 HRC and is ground very thin.
The handle is courtesy of @wkrmn who produces some phenomenal knife scales, among other things.
