We had a hard time letting this set go! This was a custom ordered CPM M4 mini-chef and paring. Our customer, @chefmonstro, came up with the design scheme on the handle and we absolutely love how it turned out. On a side note, we are not currently taking any custom orders but we hope to open our books back up soon and in the meantime we will always post up here when we have new knives on our website. #noraknives #knowthyknife
