Some of you may remember the cocoa pod engraving we did a while back. That was a test run for this knife. After a hell of a lot of hoop jumping to get this CTS XHP steel, we finally got this 10’ chef finished up for a customer who is a chocolatier. Really fun project and another killer resin scale from the crew @beyondwoodproducts.
