New knife up on the site today. This is a nimble, 7.3 inch chef knife made with CPM M4 carbon steel. This is handled with a stunning, black pearl shokwood scale and the backside has custom engraving featuring a raven perched over a classically despondent Poe quote.
The engraving reads: ‘And so being young and dipped in folly, I fell in love with melancholy. -Poe’ The thing about the engraving, its small…really small. Barely readable is an accurate description so think of it this way, its a chance to smuggly remember your first love. (Or is that just me, circa high school?) -Dani
