Last week was a rough one for us at NORA in regards to production. We had 5 knives (in a row) tank for various reasons. Handles were thrown, casting blocks smashed and our neighbors likely feel we strongly need marriage counseling BUT we would not have it any other way. Why? Because more often than not our really crappy weeks are followed by our really good work weeks. This one is a good sign that its gonna be a great week!
Keep an eye out for 5 very cool knives coming up this week that we are making for @the_forge_dubai. This is one of them: a CPM-M4 carbon steel gyuto with a handle made with curly koa and G10 in shades of green and gray.
