Grinding some M4 kiritsukes for @chefriveramyers @chefjasondaly, a couple of M4 chef knives for @the_homebutcher and a matching chef and paring in M4 for @chefmknowles and yet another M4 chef for @eli_61211. Today is an M4 type of day! I have been using my kool-mist to help prevent overheating of the metal. Can’t wait to get these out there in the hands of the chefs. Also really love my @boldric apron. Strong and durable even with metal sparks flying at it!
