Been feeling a bit stale over in these parts. That happens with our work. We go in phases and currently we are entirely burned out on engraving. Burned. Out.
So…we are taking it back to the basics for our upcoming knives. Stay tuned for a decidedly different feel. In the meantime wanted to show a knife that was from our last batch that we both liked.
This one has a woodcut style dagger and heart and in the banner it reads: “memento amare” (Latin for remember to love) and “memento condono” (Latin for remember to forgive.)
Idea for this sprang from a favorite customer of ours who suggested it after he purchased one of our Two Kings knives a while back. We love how it turned out. (Hope we did it justice, Neal.)
