8 in CPM M4 carbon steel chef knife at 66 HRC and ground with a special S-grind. Handle started as a @wkrmn scale that was machined down and glued to a custom in-house casted translucent orange sheet of resin, on white g-10 liner. Orange resin changes color depending on light and angle. Sometimes it looks peach, other times orange. (see last video for more pics)
S-grind was produced using a 48in radius to provide the hollow in the middle of the blade which gives the grind its great food release properties.
