WARRANTY
We stand behind our knives and we guarantee them for life. If there ever arises a situation in which your knife requires repair and/or replacement, due to material defect or workmanship, then send it back to us and we will either repair or replace the knife to your satisfaction.
Please note, however, that each knife we make is unique and numbered. There may be instances in which repair is not possible and in such cases we will issue a knife that is as similar as possible. We can not, however, guarantee an exact replacement due to the unique nature of our knives.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If for any reason you are not happy with your knife, let us know. We want to make the best knives possible and we are always open to hearing from our customers.
If we can't make it right and you are not interested in an exchange then we will issue a full refund upon return of the knife.
